can some one explain me suppliers credit and what is the diffrence between suppliers credit and buyers credit

SUPPLIERS CREDIT: - A financing arrangement under which an Exporter (supplier) extends credit to a foreign importer to finance his purchase.
BUYERS CREDIT: - Buyer's credit is short term credit availed to an Importer (buyer) from overseas lenders such as banks and other financial institution for goods they are importing.
