Please Help: Auditor not appoint in AGM

One of my client company failed to appoint Auditor in AGM 2011 for the FY 2011-12 due to not service of special notice to retire auditor. currently audit is pending what is the solution and process.

04-Sep-2013 , 12:55:07 pmwithout the appointment of auditor in the AGM, earlier auditor will stand to be the auditor. A special resolution can be passed now to change the auditor
