Please Help: BONUS PAYMENT

Whether the bonus can be paid to the employees of co op development society Regd under co op Societies Act 1959 Karnataka.There are only 4 employees drawing more than Rs.30000/ P.M.enlighten wheter co op Society can pay Bonus or not as per the Bonus Act
