Please Help: E-filing of same resolution twice

A limited company has filed form MGT 14 related to a board resolution for borrowing funds. Later on it finds that a similar board resolution was earlier passed but was not filed. The query is how the company can now file the old resolution under a fresh MGT 14. Whether two board resolutions passed on two different dates will create any problem.
