Please Help: Form 23B

Dear Friends / Experts,

Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

I am in the process of filing RoC Forms for FYE 31/03/13 for a private limited company.

As regards the Information by Statutory Auditor to Registrar for his Appointment for FY 2013-14,

Query

Should I use Form 23B only or Manual ADT-1 Form is still usable up to FY 2013-14? (I am aware that E-Form ADT-1 shall apply from FY 2014-15 onwards).

(Form 23B was removed for sometime and restored later for CLSS 2014 purpose, hence, I have doubt).).
