If in a partnership firm all the partners are individually authorised to opeate the bank account of the firm then whether can one partner instruct the bank to close the bank account of the firm? what decision will be taken by the bank?

24-Mar-2013 , 01:51:09 pmIf partners are individually authorised to operate the bank account,than one partner can instruct Bank to close the Bank Account. The authority given in favour of a particular partner/ partners to operate the firm''s account may be withdrawn by any of them by giving a notice to the banker.
