I am incorporating a Pvt. Ltd. company in which one of the directors is NRI (having PAN).
Please let me know what document are to be obtained from him and process to be followed.

26-Sep-2023 , 10:34:36 amIN case NRI is present in India than his PAN, VISA Copy and Aadhar will do and in case if he is outside India at the time of Incorporation, than his passport, PAN must be required that to Apostilled. I Hope its clear the picture.
