A Pvt Ltd. company which was registered in September-2013 and started business but it has not complete any compliance requirement since incorporation.
Please let me know the various requirements to be complete and what are forms need to be file under ROC and Income Tax in detail.

16-Mar-2015 , 11:28:20 amFor F.Y. 2013-2014 1. Income Tax Return 2. Statutory audit 3. ROC filing - 23AC , 23ACA , 20B , ADT-1 as roc charges increased a lot under new companies act , please consider this matter as urgent .
