Do we need to file Form DIR-11 of Deceased Director after filing Form DIR-12?

07-Jul-2016 , 02:16:36 pmNO, in the case of death of the director no DIRÂ-11 is necessary as DIRÂ-11 is pursuant to section 168(1) which specifying the provisions related with resignation of the directo.

16-Sep-2016 , 09:52:35 pmNO, in the case of death of the director no DIR-11 is necessary as DIR-11 is pursuant to section 168(1) which specifying the provisions related with resignation of the director And As far as DIR-12 is concerned Its filed at time of death of director and following documents must be submitted to ROC --a copy of board resolution and --a copy of death certificate.
