IF Mr. A alongwith his wife controlling
100 % shares of company C which is second layer investment company of company XYZ. (i.e. Company B holds 33% in company XYZ and Company C holds 20% shares in B) but Mr. A dont hold directly or indirectly any of shares in Company XYZ.
Ques: can Comapny XYZ seek declaration from Mr. A)?
