Please Help: Subsidiary and Holding Company Relation Under Companies Act 2013

A company(X limited) hoding 25 % shares in a company (Y limited) and relatives(brother,wife,son) of Director of Company X also holding share 26%, my query is whether shares hold by relatives of director will also consider while checking for holding and subsidiary relation?
