The Case is:
A Pvt. Ltd. is 100% holding company of B Pvt. Ltd.. Further, A & B Pvt. Ltd. jointly hold 100% shares (A & B - 50% each) of C Pvt. Ltd.. Whether, indirect subsidiary like in this case, C Pvt. ltd., will also be covered in teh definition of wholly owned subsidiary?
