In case of Private Limited Co's how much amount of P&L Appropriation, Sh Premium A/c can be utilised for issue of Bonus Shares.
Is there any limit or the company need to Leave some amount in the account or can use whole amount for issue of Bonus Shares

The company can use the whole amount for the issue of bonus shares.
