can a pvt ltd. co. loan taken from credit co-operative socity , in the case of a non banking finance co. then ansure is different ?

11-Apr-2015 , 11:47:01 amA pvt Ltd. co can take loan from Co-op Credit Society, since the Credit Societies are equivalent to banks. However whether credit societies can give loan to pvt. ltd. companies would depend on the byelaws of the co-op credit society
