For the purpose of computing the period of ten years for appointment of independent directors are the period he acted as additional director before appointment in first AGM considered?

26-Sep-2023 , 10:36:32 amThat you need to see in the Resolution what is the effective date of Appointment as ID. Accordingly, from that very date his appointment can be count for 10 years i.e. 5-year term each time.
