When ROC Declares a company "Defaulter company"? What they do after declaration. & How can we strike off our name from list

Roc will send a notice if not receiving any reply whithin one month ROC will send another letter to the company , if no reply is received within 3 months , ROC will publice notice in official gazette that name has been struck off.

13-May-2013 , 02:01:19 pmone of my client's company is defaulter company as per mca list because of not filling annual return, what should I do to clear the matter.
