i foamteion a pvt. ltd. company which authorised capital 3 croer & subscribed 2.60 croer by two director.formation date 01/05/2011 bt until 01/05/2012 there have no transaction & no bank acct. open.
now problem is whit i do? -1)winding up of comapny
or 2- run the company from today then what procedure do for this.

No work done, no bank account means it is a sham company. kindly look for winding up of company to avoid penal provisions.
