Please Help: Company Secretary Remuneration

Can a Company Secretary whose Form 32 has been filled take salary from two Cos. ex. in a group there are two Cos. one Co. has a CS while other dont have as capital less than 5 cr. co. want to give salary in proportion from both the Companies is it possible??
