Pls give me a suggestion. Is it possible to convert a Pvt.Ltd.Co. into a Proprietorship/Partnership Firm. If yes the what procedure should be follow for the same.

05-Mar-2014 , 10:18:53 amA private Limited Company can not be converted into a partnership. But you have a way. you are required to wound up your company and thereafter you can carry on the business in the name of partnership. The pasrtnership can be created by a partnership deed
