Please Help: conversion of propritership into pvt. ltd.company

One of proprietorship business has formed a pvt. ltd. company two years back but no transactions took place in pvt. ltd. company. Now proprietor wants to convert his business into the 2 years back formed pvt. ltd. company. Please guide the procedure in details as well as pros & cons.

06-Apr-2016 , 07:22:13 pmIn any circumstances , private limited company can be converted into prop ship firm, it has to dissolved however prop business can be continued as usual if new company was formed
