Dear All! Can a Pvt Ltd Company having only cash of Rs. 50 Lakhs in its balance sheet and having no any business activity in last two year except for providing inter-corporate deposit can opt for FTE Mode. There is no any other assets or Liability in the Balance Sheet.Its an active company
