Please tell me how 2 get a partnership firm registered in Kolkata? & also tell me the benefits of registered partnership firm as compared 2 a non registered partnership firm in detail?..thanks

Dear first step is to create partnership deed and submit a copy of the same t o the registrar of the firm in Kolkata. The main benefit of getting the firm registered is that you can sue to your Debtors in case of default. Their are many other benefits also for that study partnership act.
