Please Help: Form 1A of ROC

When I Sign form 1A of MCA with applicant digital signature a message display on panel "signed & all signature are valid, but with unsigned changes after last signature". After that I do the prescrutiny the form then it display on panel " at least one signature requires validating. Please suggest what should I do. It is urgent because I have to resubmit the INC 1 today itself.
