Form No DIR-12 for - Particulars of appointment of Directors and the key managerial personnel and the changes among them.
And,Form No DIR-11 for - Notice of resignation of a director to the Registrar (to be filled by Director giving resignation).
And,Form No DIR-11 for - Notice of resignation of a director to the Registrar (to be filled by Director giving resignation).
