Please Help: FORM FTE- ( for striking off a company's name)

A public limited co. incorporated in 2010 with 5lac capital. Did no business, have no bank accounts, no pan etc.
now while filing form fte a statement of accounts is to be given.
ques.
what to show in asset side as co. did no business.
on liability side capital is shown, but what about asset side ?
another ques.
The said co. has closed its registered office, now, after filing form-fte with Roc, roc will send the copy of order at registered office, but said office is closed.
what to do to receive the order?

hey, if capital on liabilities side then there must be a mode of bringing out these capital whether by cash or any other movable or immovable assets if there is no bank account that will shown in assets side.
