Please Help: FTE under Companies Act

can anyone provide me with the procedure to be folloed uunder FTE to close the company along with necessary annexures and deatils for the state of gujatat??

18-Apr-2015 , 01:20:04 pmyou need to file Form FTE Attachments required are : Indemnity bond from all the directors affidavit from all the directors Statement of Assets & lIablities certified by CA & Signed by all partners that you have no outside liability. Address/id proof of all directors Board Resolution to close the company.
