Is there any loan which will be treated as invalid loans have been reclassified as dividends ? Please suggest me.

Dear as per my knowledge there is no type of invalid loan. However there may be situation were a loan can be treated as invalid for the purpose only.

As per my knowledge that type of loan doesn't exist. It may get invalid for some purposes only. But no loan is invalid by its nature.
