Capital of LLP at the time of formation was Rs. 1,00,000 and now it has increased to 88,00,000 during the year. so shall we pay the stamp duty again and what other formalities will be required to be carried out

18-Apr-2015 , 01:00:53 pmYou have to pay maximum stamp duty i.e. Rs5000 for increase the contribution deduct the amount of stamp duty you have already paid for this you have to file form 3 LLP and draft New LLP agreement /or either supplementary deed duly notrized an d attached with the form 3
