Q. > Please Help: MCA
A company filed 23B for appointment of auditor for 2011-12 after filing such the auditor resigned and new auditor appointed in EGM. Now i want to file new 23B but it is not accepted by MCA website by showing a error that signatory detail is not valid. please provide the way to file new 23B.
