Please Help: Minimum Authorized capital for key word in Name

My one of the client want to register a company with india within the name in such case whether any minimum Authorized capital is required.

yes, minimum authorised capital requirement in this case is Rs 5 lakh.

5 lakh was required earlier, now as per revised name availability rules, if the word INDIA is used as a key word, then minimum capital requirement is Rs 2 crore, and if it is used within the name of the company with or without brackets, then it is 25 lakhs.

12-Mar-2013 , 01:22:03 pmDear Mam, Thanks for ur reply. But as per Circular 45/2011 of Ministry of Corporate Affairs all the previous Circulars and instructions has been abolished and in this circular it has no where mentioned Minimum Authorized capital requirement for Name in Key Word. Pls clarify.
