PLEASE CLEAR ME WHAT ARE THE FORMAILITIES IF ANY INDIAN CA WANTS PARTNERSHIP THROGH ICAI IF THAT PERSON IS ALSO INDIAN CA AND QULIFY FORGIEN CA DAGREE ALSO

26-Aug-2011 , 08:57:25 pmDear Mr Surinder, An Indian CA can enter into Partnership with Practising Indian CA outside India or any other Professional who is a member of any Professional Body having such qualifications as prescribed who is eligible for membership U/s 4(1)(b) of CA act or whose qualifications are reconginsed by either Central Govt or Counsil of ICAI. Please refer the provisions of Clause 4 of Part 1 of First Schedule to CA Act for more clarity on this aspect.
