Respected All, Please guide me on these issues
-- Allotment of Shares on incorporation of the Company.
-- Can we make change in the Form 1 of the Company if any error occurs in the same.
-- Consequences and remedies if the shares have not been allotted at the time of the incorporation of the Company.
-- Allotment to the subscriber of the Memorandum who is an NRI.
-- Consequences of delay in making allotment to the subscriber of the MOA as per the FEMA.
