Hello Everybody, I recvd a letter, in this letter has taken Green Initiative in the Corporate Governance by allowing paperless complaince and as such companies are now permitted to send various documents viz. the notices,Greneral meeting. Financial statement, Annual Reports, among other through electronic mode. Please draft the letter.
