27-Jan-2013 , 07:29:38 pmDear Rohit, You can get register your Sole Proprietorship Firm under local SDM office and it does not require much documents. Only Photograph, ID Proof, Address Proof & registration on Stamp Paper will be sufficient. And, for audit purpose, limit under Income tax under section 44AB will be applicable..
