Please Help: resignation of director

a director of public company want to resign but the rest directors are not accepting the resignation............so what is the solution

01-Apr-2013 , 05:06:09 pmHowever it depends on the discretion of directors to resign form the company. further if there is any clause in the appointing documents or in Articles of association , then that should procedure should be followed. in companies act, it is neither mention for not accepting the resignation letter.
