I forgot to file DPT-4 of a company, can i file it now or penalty of Rs 1cr will be levied. will It be filed with late fee only?????

29-Dec-2014 , 12:49:21 pmyes you can file the same with late fee , no any question of penalty will arise, may be it will arise after lapse of 300 days as specified in the act

30-Dec-2014 , 06:28:42 pmYes, you can file the DPT-4 with late fee as per companies act 2013. Secondly, penalty of Rs.1 crore shall be levied only when one fails to repay the deposit upto 31st March 2015 as per companies act 2013. Thus ,in your case no question of penalty arises.
