in case of private company,What will be process of right issue of shares if directors are also shareholders.

18-Apr-2015 , 01:13:22 pmIn case of Right Issue you need to first offer the shares to the existing shareholders in the proportion of their existing share holding pattern. If any of them deny then you can allot unsubscribed shares to the willing shareholder.
