Hello Frans My question is in how many day we have to file Form FTE. As far as I have read FTE_CIRCULAR 2011 Provide
A Statement of Account annexed with FTE form should be of date within 1 month from the date of filing of application in Form FTE which should be duly signed by CA. however I have no where find what we generally found that is within ….. days of passing resolution for strike off we can file Form FTE.

Statement of A/C of dated 01/02/2014
