Q. > Please Help: to verify docs at mca
how we can view the documents filed by a company at mca, on pportal we can view only the document filed and not the details under the document i.e. in form 8 the amt of charge etc

hey,there are two things, if u only want to see the forms filed by ur company u can see that in view public document option at MCA site, but if u want t fo download the form and want to see in detail, than u can see all the forms in details on the MCA portal which are filed by the Company, by making a payment of 50 rs tO MCA . FOR making a payment of 50 RS to see the document just login into mca website, click on view public document, put company name than and click on pay option and make payment online. after payment challan will be genertaed. after challan is genertaed , click on my document , u will find company name there, click on that , than all the form catogories will appear, click on that , all forms will appear, and u can than downlaod whatever forms u need, hope clear.
