Can we Transfer the Shares of the Company if Shifting of registered Office from One State to another Petition is pending with Regional Director for approval?

03-Jun-2016 , 12:26:23 pmTransfer of the shares takes place when there is transferor and transferee and it is an agreement between the two. If the petition is pending in relation to the transfer of registered office from one state to the other, it has nothing to do with the transfer of the shares.
