Q. > Please Help: Refund of Cenvat credit
Central Excise duty was paid on Grey fabrics which were exported after process of fabrics and refund claim filed for period upto march 2009 within one year. Whether refund claim is admissible under Section 5A(IA) of Central Excise Act? Can the department reject the refund claim and what on what grounds?
