Q. > Please Help: SHIS Scheme
Please tell me What is SHIS Scheme. Our one of the customer is purchasing the capital good from us where in he is asking to clear the same against SHIS scheme and without paying to excise duty. The customer is also referring the Notification No.33/2012-C.E. dated 09.07.2012 giving detailed procedure in this regard by condition No 2 (g) to (i) Which after reading i am not getting cleared about process. Please i request to the experts to guide me for the process of the same?
