plz ans. What are the option available to an assessee under central excise act if time limit for filing appeal [including extended period ] expire

If assessee show suficient reasion to expiry time which given to him and they satisfy with that then there must be another chance you will get

16-Jun-2012 , 12:17:50 pmAppeals to Commissioner (Appeals): Section 35 Within sixty days from the date of the communication to him of such decision or order. Commissioner (Appeals) may, if he is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from presenting the appeal within the aforesaid period of sixty days, allow it to be presented within a further period of thirty days.
