Please Help: icai membership data

I am pursuing Ph.D from G.N.D.U, Amritsar.I want membership data of chartered accountants from Institude of Chartered Accountants to carry out my research work.Can anyone tell me how to get access as it is not available to general public for privacy purposes on ICAI website.
