if i forgot password which i given at the time of registration with icome tax india website and also forgot mail ID provided by me at that time then how to recover my password to view 26AS.

First go to the website https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.jsp. then click on forget password link. on the new screen provide your PAN number. Then provide necessary details it asking for. The new password will be sent to your e-mail id which you have provided at the time of initial registration.

while you are providing your details it will show the last three characters of your user name (i.e. ame, if e-mail id is username@yahoo.com). from this clue try to recall your e-mail id. Now go to the e-mail service provider's website. Now click on forget password, provide necessary details to obtain the e-mail account. If you dont have any information about the above requirements, then definitely you are trying to hack another account.

above provided suggestion is the most usable one. i want to clarify that above information u have to provide should be on the bases of pan card.
