sir in our case the AO has make the addition
by assuming the stock/ sale of scrab and empty drums and more ever this issue is never discussed during assessment proceedings and make the 2nd addition by assuming the house hold expenses of both the partners Rs.12000pm each. .........
please provide us relevant case law which are helpful in appeal.........
