Q. > Please Help: Charitable Education Society
Pls solve my query.......My client is a member of an education society, He has given his personnel assets (Movable and Immovable) to society for use. Could he charge rent for the same from the society....

Dear Tushar,
Yes, the member can charge the rent from the society. There is no bar in doing the same.
