Please Help: creation of Trust for the purpose of leave encashment

when leave encasement is paid to an Employee, it is allowable expenditure for company, so that it is fully taxable in hands of employee. That is why , i want to create a Irrevocable Trust in company, and all leave encasement money is transferred to this Trust and provides facility to Employees through this route. Is it possible
