Q. > Please Help: Exemption of HRA given along with RFA
A Co. has provided residence to its employee in its colony and also giving HRA to employee for the residence of family in another city.
Whether the exemption of HRA can be allowed in the taxable income of the employee..

hello Mr. Goyal..
to the extent of my knowledge both HRA AND RFA cannot be claimed simultaneously. so whichever gives maximum benefit while calculating taxable salary should be claimed as exemption.
