Is political parties filing their income tax return (Form 5)for A.Y. 2010-11 as of now date( in Feb 2012) are mandatory required to file electronically or a manual return can be filed

check out for the instructions it says it has to be filed in paper form..
secondly for political parties , etc form 7 has to be filed.. form 5 is for AOP, BOI, etc.
